1. All online bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
2. All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once issued.
   No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.
3. The ticket is valid only on the specified route, date and time that printed on the ticket. 
4. Please proceed to the Water Tour Ticketing Counter at Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier for tickets redemption at least 15 minutes prior departure.
5. Durations and route may be changed according to weather and sea traffic condition.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Star Ferry without prior notice. In the event of dispute, decision of Star Ferry shall be final.

T&C for Actual Ticket

1. All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once issued. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss. 
2. The ticket is valid only on the specified route, date and time that printed on the ticket. 
3. Please proceed to the Harbour Tour Ticketing Counter at Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier for tickets redemption at least 15 minutes prior departure.
4. Staff of Star Ferry shall have the right to inspect the ticket at all times, the ticket should be complete, valid, unmutilated and undefaced.
5. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Star Ferry without prior notice. In the event of dispute, decision of Star Ferry shall be final.

Arrangements for bad weather & Special Circumstance
1. In the case of tour service suspension when No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal or above is hoisted, reschedule of ferry tickets and refund will be arranged.
